From strategic vision to execution, I support organizations in structuring and prioritizing their research and development initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes and sustainable growth. With over two decades of experience, I have been actively involved in driving cultural and technological transformation across global enterprises, leading research institutions, government bodies, and emerging startups—helping them position their innovations for the future. As an early contributor to the Internet of Things (IoT), I bring deep expertise across artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital privacy, mobility, networking, and wireless sensor networks. I have contributed to the advancement of technologies at leading multinational organizations, including Cisco, Huawei, NIKSUN, Nokia Siemens, and NICT, and I am a recognized expert within international policy groups and cross-continental forums. Mentorship and professional development are integral to my work. I had the distinction of being the first woman to collaborate within an all-male European Commission team to define “WSN/IoT.” I later led the development of a major proposal, successfully bringing together 32 partners to build a collaborative research initiative in this emerging field. With extensive international experience, I am a multilingual advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), skilled in navigating cultural dynamics and fostering inclusive, high-performing environments.
