I am an applied economist based in the Netherlands, originally from Peru, with a background in data analysis, market research, and strategic problem-solving. My work sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and communication. I have worked on improving reporting systems, building dashboards, conducting market analysis, and supporting decision-making with structured data. At DHALVY, I redesigned reporting workflows by building a centralized Excel data model, automating updates, and creating Power BI dashboards that improved visibility across departments. In my real estate project work, I analyze property trends, pricing, and rental yields, and translate that into market reports and investment-oriented insights. Alongside this, I have experience in operations and stakeholder coordination through my work at Aureus, where I supported budgeting, event planning, and external partnerships. I am also comfortable presenting and explaining ideas clearly, with a background in public speaking and training. Currently I work in marketing and strategy for AI Job Mixer, where I am helping think through content, outreach, and partnerships around how people position themselves for jobs, LinkedIn, and portfolios. My strongest skills are Excel, Power BI, SQL, R, Python, and stakeholder management. I am especially interested in work where data is not just analyzed, but translated into action, whether that is through better strategy, clearer communication, or stronger positioning.
